Questions
What counts as footage processed?+
The length of every clip you import. Each clip is transcribed and described once, so re-editing it later doesn't use more. Allowances reset every billing month.
What is an assistant request?+
One message you send to the assistant, like “cut a 30s reel with captions”, however many edits it makes to answer it. Manual editing and exporting are unlimited.
What happens if I run out?+
Manual editing and exports keep working. New imports and assistant requests pause until your allowance resets, or you can upgrade to Studio at any time.
How does the founding member discount work?+
Everyone on the waitlist gets a single-use code with their invite for the founding price: Pro $17/mo and Studio $49/mo for the first 12 monthly payments, or $168 and $504 for the first yearly payment.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires. See our terms.
Who handles billing and taxes?+
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout and sends your invoices.
